2. On the front of each pumpkin draw a funny face
The Game !

Great game for children that tests each player's memory of what they
see on a tray full of Halloween objects for a short time.
What You Need:
• A tray
• Cloth that fully covers tray
• 20 small Halloween related objects - rubber bats, ghosts skulls etc
• pencils and paper
Note: For a really gruesome version you can use small Halloween bodyparts these can be found cheaply as toyshops or online store.
The Game !
Arrange the different Halloween related items on the tray. Cover all of the items with the cloth. Give each player a paper and pencil. Players need to either sit around the tray or the tray camn be placed on a table and the players allowed to move around so trhat they can see all of the items. Remove the cloth for 60 seconds, when this is up, replace the cloth.
The players write down everything they can remember seeing on the tray. The person that writes down the most items is the winner. A subtle difference on this game is to remove the tray and then remove 5 items rearranging those remaining. Return the tray and the winner is the player who writes down the removed items the quickest.
Halloween Monster Tag
Fast game which requires a reasonable space and is based on the old game of tag but with a Halloween twist.
What You Need:
• Halloween monster mask
• Halloween monster hands
• Blindfold
• One straw per player all the same length with one shorter than the rest
What you need to do:
1. Select an area big enough to mark out a playing circle - the size will depend on the number of players. If playing in the garden, a garden hose will do this perfectly. Ensure the playing area inside the circle is free of obstruction.
2. Select the first Monster - use shortest straw for quick selection.
The Game !
The selected monster wears the monster mask and hands and is blindfolded. The other players spread out and stand still within the area. As the monster moves around the area with their arms stretched out they are allowed to groan and moan 5 times. Each time they groan and moan all of the players have to groan and moan back and hold their arms outstretched for 5 seconds at the end of that time they can lower their arms. When a player is 'tagged' he or she becomes the next monster.......
Halloween Witch Finder
Novel game to assess each players level of 'ESP' ability.
What You Need:
• Large Witch's cauldron or other Halloween container
• Witch's hat
• Halloween bats or spiders - one per player
• Colour stickers or paints
• Blindfold
• Paper and pencils
What you need to do:
1. On the back of each bat or spider add a coloured spot and a number - make sure that the number and colour are not visible from the front
The Game !
Place the bats or spiders into the cauldron or witch's hat so that the players cannot see them. Select the first 'trainee witch' and blindfold them as each of the remaining players selects their bat. When each player hasd selected thier bat and has placed them in front of them with the number and colour facing downwards, remove the witch's blidfold and have them wear the witch's hat.
The witch faces each player in turn and uses their ESP powers to de3termine what colour and what number that player has on their bat. The player should be thinking hard about both the colour and number so as to mentally transmit this information. A scorer keeps track of all of the right answers and the 'Witch' with the highest score is the winner.
Make a Mummy at Halloween Game
This is a great Halloween party game which is enjoyed by children and adults of all ages. Simple to understand with easy rules. The winning team is the one that wraps their Halloween munmy first.
What You Need:
• Lots of toilet rolls – white or cream. Estimate on three to four rolls per group
• Slips of paper; mummy, torso, arms, legs etc. Players select a slip and this is what they will do in the game; the player picking the 'mummy' slip is the one wrapped and each of the 'wrappers' wraps the part of the body identified on their slip
What you need to do:
1. You can either play for the quickest wrap, or best looking wrap within a set playing time
The Game !
o Divide the players into small groups. Four is a good number being one 'mummy' and three 'wrappers' – the number in each team should be the same as the number of slips you have
o Make sure that the nose and mouth remain uncovered – you will need to watch carefully when played with smaller children
Halloween Charades
This is a great Halloween party game which can be enjoyed by children and adults of all ages. This is a simple game with easy to understand rules. Can be played either by teams or by the group as a whole.
What You Need:
• Halloween charade slips. To make it even easier, you can download examples we have
already developed for you – download here.
What you need to do:
One player takes a slip and without showing it to anyone else, they act out a charade and the winner is the player who guesses what the charade represents
The Game !
o Divide the players into small groups. Four to six is a good number but this will depend on
how many guests you have
o Place all of the slips in a witch's hat or cauldron and mix
o Holding the hat or cauldron high, the player to perform the charade selects a slip, tells the
remaining players what category it is and then acts out the charade. For younger players, a
parent may be required to help the child to develop the charade – this should be done
outside of the playing room
o If playing in teams, a time limit should be set or a limited number of guesses given to keep
the game moving
